Join Goose Island in the Village Center for their Pub Crawl featuring their new West Coast IPA River Bird!
Goose Island’s West Coast IPA is a fresh take on the iconic style, delivering bright hop character with a balanced bitterness that keeps you coming back for more. Brewed with Centennial, Columbus, Chinook, and Citra hops, this IPA offers vibrant notes of citrus and pine—all supported by a clean malt backbone for a crisp, refreshing finish. At 6.5% ABV, it’s lower in alcohol than most West Coast IPAs, making it an easy- drinking choice for IPA lovers. With a smoother bitterness than traditional West Coast IPAs, this brew is perfect for those who love bold hop flavor without the aggressive bite.
Start off at Beer Bazaar at 5 pm where Wyatt and crew will be spinning Vinyl to the tapping of Goose Island's VINyl wine barrel-aged Saison with blackberry, lemon and elderflower along with their Cordial Rye collaborations with Old Irving Brewing. End the crawl at Charlie's where they'll be hosting Karaoke at 9 pm. Get food anywhere in between at any of Grayslake's wonderful restaurants!
