Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum’s Exhibits
The Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum features multiple exhibition galleries, a community room, archives and collections storage. It also incorporates the original Village Hall, a former one-room school house moved to the site and expanded in 1895.

Community Art Fair and School Receptions
Throughout the month of March, the Grayslake Area Public Library will turn into a vibrant gallery showcasing the talents of our creative community. All are welcome and encouraged to visit and enjoy the artwork at any time. For parents with children in D46, please note special reception dates for each individual school taking place from 6 - 7 pm.
Game Night

Loteria Bingo Night

Chakra Balancing Sound Meditation with Laced in Harmony
Join Brittney of Laced in Harmony at Trillium Yoga Studio for a Chakra Balancing Sound Meditation.
In this session, Brittney will guide you through a meditation, clearing and balancing each chakra with specific frequencies and breathing techniques. After the guided meditation, Brittney will transition in to blissful soundscapes to give you time to relax and drift wherever your spirit needs to go.

St. Andrew’s invites you to their 2026 Italian Feast on Saturday, March 28th from 4 - 7:30 pm. They will have an all you care to eat Italian dinner, silent auction, and raffle.
Bunny Bar Hop
Hop your way around the Village Center bars/restaurants including Charlies, First Draft, Emil’s, Abel’s, 129 Center Cut, Beer Bazaar, The Vine, and Black Lung). Bring Easter Basket donation items to each stop (crayons, coloring books, bubbles, etc.). Get a stamp on your passport for each location you visit (no particular order). Turn in your passport once each location is visited for a chance to win awesome prizes!
All Easter basket items will be used to put together Easter baskets that will be donated to the children of A Safe Place Women’s Shelter.
Passports will be available at Rudolph’s Furniture prior to the event or at any of the locations the night of.

Risking it All: The Signers of the Declaration of Independence
In 1776, signing the Declaration of Independence was not an act of patriotism. It was an act of treason against Great Britain. Who were these fifty-six men who risked it all to make the strike for independence? Some of their names are familiar, like Benjamin Franklin and John Adams. Others — like Button Gwinnett — are not.
Historian Joyce Haworth will share stories of lesser-known Americans in this talk: who they were, what role they played in independence, and what consequences they suffered after they signed the Declaration.

Lake County Folk Club Open Stage
Join the Lake County Folk Club for Open Stage. Sign up begins at 6 pm and music starts at 6:30 pm.
Anyone who would like to perform is encouraged to do so. Non-performing listeners are always encouraged, and will be pleasantly surprised with the diverse musical styles represented.
The first 12 performers get to do two songs (no more than ten minutes total). After the 1st 12, they will fit in as many one-song performers as time allows. Things get wrapped up at 8:30. Suggested donation is $3.

Students from Grayslake North High School curated an exhibit of prominent historical events and figures throughout the past 250 years of United States’ history.
This pop-up exhibit will be on display in the Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum's Community Room from April 15th - 25th. The Heritage Center is open Wed - Fri 12 pm - 4 pm, and Sat 10 am - 4 pm.

Lake County Folk Club Open Stage
Join the Lake County Folk Club for Open Stage. Sign up begins at 6 pm and music starts at 6:30 pm.
Anyone who would like to perform is encouraged to do so. Non-performing listeners are always encouraged, and will be pleasantly surprised with the diverse musical styles represented.
The first 12 performers get to do two songs (no more than ten minutes total). After the 1st 12, they will fit in as many one-song performers as time allows. Things get wrapped up at 8:30. Suggested donation is $3.

Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony
Grayslake will hold its annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on Monday, May 25th. The parade will step-off at 9:30 am near the Grayslake Central High School parking lot on Lake Street and travel south on Lake Street to Junior Avenue and east to Memorial Park. The service will be held immediately following the parade.

Song Circle at The Lake County Folk Club
The Lake County Folk Club will host their monthly Song Circle beginning at 6:30 pm.
Come out to play or just listen. Members and non-members are always welcome. One of their friendly hosts will keep the ball rolling.
This is a casual, no pressure opportunity to kick back, play some music and meet others. The participants form a circle, and each one in turn can choose to play a song or politely pass. It’s a chance to lead songs or to join in with others. They keep moving around the circle until it’s time to call it a night.

Andy’s Records Vinyl Listening Club
Each month, Andy’s Records will gather to listen to and dissect a selected vinyl album with a group of like-minded music lovers over snacks and drinks (BYOB).
