Grayslake in Bloom, the inaugural Community Garden Walk hosted by the Grayslake Greenery Garden Club will be held on Saturday, July 20th.
Meander on a self-guided tour of 8 private gardens in 3 different Grayslake subdivisions. Meet the homeowner gardeners who share their hospitality and beautiful gardens to bring people and plants together.
Purchase tickets in person at the Grayslake Farmer's Market on July 10th or on the day of the Garden Walk at Centennial Plaza (147 Center Street, downtown Grayslake, next to Twisted Burger).
Tickets are $10 (children under 12 and accompanied by an adult are free).
Those who purchase a ticket will be included in a drawing for prizes and, on the day of the walk, the ticket can be used to enjoy special offers from local retail establishments.
Proceeds from ticket sales and donations help support scholarships for students pursuing horticulture-related majors and other philanthropic Garden Club programs in the local community.
