Let A Little Bit of Me whisk you away to far off places through descriptive journeys limited only by imagination. They begin with focusing on breath, relaxing the body, and embark on the passage into a new world. Positive affirmations and gratitude are often incorporated. They will bring you back to center by breath work, slowly moving your body, and becoming aware of your surroundings, smoothly, transitioning you to the present.
*Please Bring a yoga mat, pillow is optional. Cucumber water will be served, or bring your own water bottle*
