Revolutionary War Reenactment Weekend featuring The Northwest Territory Alliance

  • Gelatin Park 250 Library Lane Grayslake, Illinois, 60030 United States (map)

Step back in time and experience the sights, sounds, and stories of the American Revolution during Grayslake’s Revolutionary War Reenactment Weekend, part of the USA 250 Celebrations and in conjunction with Grayslake SummerFest.

For the first time ever, The North West Territory Alliance will bring history to life in Gelatin Park with an authentic military encampment, living history demonstrations, and Revolutionary War battle reenactments.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the camp, meet the reenactors portraying soldiers of the era, learn about daily life, and witness history unfold on the battlefield.

Whether you’re a history enthusiast or simply looking for a unique family experience, this immersive weekend offers a memorable way to connect with America’s founding story as we commemorate the nation’s 250th anniversary.

Battle reenactment times and a full schedule of activities will be announced closer to the event date.

You can also catch members of The North West Territory Alliance in the SummerFest parade that begins at 2 pm on Saturday, August 15th.
