On July 13, 2024 the Grayslake Park District will be joining the Illinois Park and Recreation Association in encouraging people throughout Illinois to ditch their electronic devices and "unplug" to enjoy everything that their local park, recreation, and conservation agencies have to offer. This year, they will be offering adventure packs full of fun! Each will include a Park Passport, Unplug Illinois binoculars, and an Unplug Illinois sticker! Their Park Passport includes a checklist of our playgrounds for you to visit this summer. Return your completed passport to the Rec Center by September 6th to be entered into a raffle to win a Park District gift card.
