Join Trillium Yoga for Yoga in the Park held at the Central Park Pavilion (250 Library Lane) or the 2 big shady trees nearby. All levels of yoga are welcome for a slow, mindful practice incorporating breathing techniques to promote overall well-being and relaxation.

Parking is available at the Gelatin Park parking lot. Bathroom facilities available nearby.

Please bring your own mat, 2 blocks and a strap, water, and sunscreen.

Trillium drop-ins, class packages, and memberships can be used or drop-in the day of for $20 cash.
